Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that the rain fell in metro manila on Tuesday morning was not due to cyclone.

“So far there is no low-pressure area in Philippine territory but there is a tropical depression just at the boundary”. PAGASA forecaster Connie Dadivas said.

As of 5 a.m, the tropical depression is still outside Philippine territory and they tracking the movement of cyclone because there is still a possibility it may enter Philippine territory.
