Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Central and Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao may experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ).

Base on PAGASA weather bulletin, as of today, there is no tropical cyclone within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the East to Northeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. PAGASA Post in their weather bulletin.
